I should be taking a shower and tucking into bed because it's late and I have to work tomorrow and instead I'm typing a journal entry about how I should be taking a shower and then tucking into bed. People are odd creatures, eh?

Recently I went to see Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter for no other reason than I was bored. I actually thought it was going to be as horrible as Cowboys vs. Aliens (which I actually thought would have been a good movie if it weren't so damned BORING). Imagine my surprise when it's actually a FANG-FRUCKIN-TASTIC (couldn't resist, please forgive) movie. Or at least I thought so until I read the book.  Put it this way, as a film Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter was amazing. As an adaptation of what is now one of my favorite novels, it was a bust. But still, go see the movie.

I experienced my first 3D film last night. Of THE AVENGERS, no less. :woohoo: The best movie I have seen all year. So far. It's a spectacular movie when you love the villain as well as the other characters. I'd heard bad things about 3D movies, but this blew me away. Granted, it could have done because my expectations were low, but I doubt it. If you want an ass-kicking, superhero action movie AND to laugh your ass off (trust me, it was hilarious in the perfect moments) I recommend it so so so much. P.S. Tony Stark and Bruce Banner are The Sh*t. That is all.
